Have used https://lob.com/ for years. Waaaay cheaper than mailform, and has been very reliable at the relatively high volumes we send. Source: over 1 year ago

UPDATE: I got the piece of registered mail I sent to myself! I requested the scan and that worked too. But they never got the postcard (which was sent on April 15 from the same service, mailform.io).
