I don't entireliy know where to download adobe live media encoder. I think I downloaded it from lo4d.com, but I don't know if its reliable, or even safe. I just took a gamble with it. And manycam, I downloaded it from oldversion.com. I chose version 2.6.1, but there are quite a bit of versions to choose from. Source: about 3 years ago
