If you are basically just a CNC operator they will take about the same amount of time to learn how to run them. LinuxCNC however may take a little more time configuring the system depending on features. I used 4PX (because I didn't understand how the DHL shipping worked) and wound up getting it within 2-1/2 weeks. If you have the 4PX tracking number you can check status on aftership.com.
