We're going to have to agree to disagree here.. If you look at estimated owners on SteamSpy Warhammer 2 is king by a 2:1 margin. There aren't numbers I can view for Three Kingdoms there, but playtracker.net estimates the number of owners there at just short of 9 million (same for the high end numbers for Warhammer).
