  If anyone here speaks Portuguese, you should check out this book by Ana Caroline Campagnolo called Feminismo: Perversão e Subversão(Feminism: Perversion and Subversion). She's a Brazilian historian and she references Martin Van Crevald a lot in her book. There are several other Microsoft translation tools that would also work in different ways, which you may be able to use without a Microsoft license.
