Linear VS Plandek

My current company is using Basecamp. I don't like it; it feels very disorganized, with work scattered across many message boards, chats, kanban boards, etc. Instead of Agile, it uses Shape Up (https://basecamp.com/shapeup), which has a "no backlog" philosophy (https://basecamp.com/shapeup/2.1-chapter-07#no-backlogs). This is the approach I use in most of my hobby projects. It's simpler, and faster and there are no loading screens. In my kindle-clippings-manager (https://github.com/karlosos/kindle_clippings_webapp) uses its sync engine to store the data in Web Storage. Given you'll have so many teams, I think you'd really benefit from something quite flexible which also allows quick reporting. I'd have a look at some Value Stream Management platforms, like Plandek, which give you the opportunity to set dev OKRs for the leadership team while setting dev OKRs for the actual dev team. I'd recommend using something that empowers your team rather than just serving numbers up to the key stakeholders/C-suite. With that in mind, you could do what a lot of people here are recommending: a whiteboard and some sticky notes. However, if the Agile approach works for your org, having 200 people working across sticky notes is going to become a nightmare pretty quickly. I'd recommend looking at something...
