I don't stream torrents very much but if I do I'd just use Powder Player for this & feed it specific torrents I'd want to stream. (also see /r/PowderPlayer and /r/PowderTech). Source: over 2 years ago

There are also a few specialized torrent clients that are built specifically to stream media, those types of torrent clients will download sequentially by default.
