If you'd still like a face for your character (and maybe for them to resemble you), why not try an AI facegen like generated.photos? They have a lot of readymade shots, and you can also create your own or even get an 'AI version' of your own face. Source: 11 months ago

I think this could work wonderfully with an online anonymiser though, like this one. I've always wanted to use that site, but can we really trust that they aren't using our uploads for purposes we don't want?
