For the past three years, I've been working on LearnObit: a tool that helps users learn information as quickly as possible using various learning theories and tricks. When I first started programming, I used Anki and the old tried-and-tested spaced repetition algorithm. It was great for word-pairing (e.g., learning foreign languages), but didn't work for more complex, general topics like Mathematics or Physics. Source: about 4 years ago
