I tend to use google dorking as usual, but also use LeakCheck which is a rather handy tool to receive clear text passwords from Usernames, Email Addresses and such. I use Twitter. The Tweetdeck website is perfect for this. You can make lists for the topics of your choice and put whatever accounts you want into those lists. You never see a single dumb user comment unless you specifically want to. Source: about 1 year ago

Somehow I don't think the handful of Reddit commenters are representative of the hundreds of millions of Twitter users.
