  Sharing is caring, so I'll share one of mines. I tend to use google dorking as usual, but also use LeakCheck which is a rather handy tool to receive clear text passwords from Usernames, Email Addresses and such.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
