I tend to use google dorking as usual, but also use LeakCheck which is a rather handy tool to receive clear text passwords from Usernames, Email Addresses and such. I opted to pay for optery.com to do all the legwork for me. It’s a yearly subscription but doesn’t seem too steep for what I get. They send you regular reports with before and after screenshots of said sites showing your information being removed. Source: over 1 year ago
