I just had a momentary vision of lazyweb.ai enjoying a massive international groundswell of support because it appeals immediately to all of us who find all the branding, the bias, the predictability of the big name engines to be mind numbing and tiresome. Minimize the barriers to use your product. I can attest that previous ideas of mine failed in part because there was too much configuration: create an account, find your friend, add the friend. This is a fine strategy if you're leveraging networks with invites that make it seamless to grow a site-based network (e.g. Pulling up a contact list and giving people to invite their friends on the platform).
