I use a variant of this https://github.com/emilbaehr/automatic-app-landing-page for my landing page for https://mixtapesapp.com, and for https://evohiitapp.com. It works really well for my use case, although I really need to get around to updating it! You can run it on GitHub pages, GitLab or Netlify for free from memory only paying for the domain name.
