I've never used it, but do you perhaps mean LackeyCCG? If not, there are alternatives to it that may jog your memory. The one that I was thinking of was Cockatrice but I doubt it would have a female voice since it seems to be generic, and not M:TG specific. Source: over 2 years ago

Thanks! The synth is Dreamtonics' Synthesizer V, using the SOLARIA voice database from Eclipsed Sounds.
