Have you looked at PySolFC? It has all the card game and while it's not a clone of Windows Solitaire, it looks good, has the auto drop and card animations when you win a game. I find it to be really good. Source: almost 2 years ago

I'd recommend downloading PySolFC instead. It has a clunkier, slightly archaic interface that reminds me of the old Win9x days, but it's free, has no ads, and has a bigger selection of games than literally any other Solitaire program out there. Source: over 2 years ago
