u/jrwren true. And yes, indeed, I use https://kontxt.io for personal and collaborative note-taking and knowledge sharing, so this is a shareable view of my highlights for that article. Source: almost 3 years ago
I made https://kontxt.io to highlight, share, organize, and discover the best parts of the World Wide Web. People I share articles with now know the exact parts that are relevant and they can quickly skip between the highlights and we can discuss inline to maintain context. It lets me and other people publicly share what we highlight in an easily searchable way so you can find quality content from trusted sources.... - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
Unfortunately, I've been having a difficult time putting this into practice with Premiere Pro, with some of the current methods by which you can do this not working quite right- AE Script Silence Remover is clunky and often just doesn't want to work; ReCut actually seems rather promising, if I could get it to work as intended; and I can't be made to care about TimeBolt or AutoCut because of their expensive... Saves a bunch of time if you're doing talking-head videos, vlogging, podcasts, screencasts... The sorts of content where the first step of editing is to chop out the long pauses and mistakes. I originally built it because I... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
