You can train your chatbot really fast with Engati. Don't need to manually add FAQs, just upload your knowledge-base and their DocuSense technology pulls answers to your users' questions.
Been using Engati for over a year now. Had no issues. Their customer support is great and I haven't faced any downtime as of yet. The integrations are top notch and very surprising for the price that they are offering all of it. The best part about it all is that all of this with no coding involved.

Dialogflow Messenger is relatively limited. I'm searching for a front end solution that ideally also provides a live agent handoff. http://kommunicate.io seemed like the perfect fit, however, they don't support Dialogflow environments, which is a dealbreaker for us. Source: over 1 year ago

my overall experience with the Engati is just unbelievable. It is damn easy to operate then any other chatbot platform. the overall product is damn customer friendly and can be easily managed anytime. even if some issues come up (rare occurrence) Engati team is always there to solve it within few minutes.
