Our security team uses them. It always strikes me as bad form when we are told "don't open e-mail from people you don't know" and "don't click on links in e-mails" and then we get e-mail from "knowbe4.com" that says "You've been enrolled in security training, click here to take it". You can run a phishing test to all users for free at knowbe4.com thanks to CHO Kevin Mitnick (Chief Hacking Officer). Then you compare your baseline from others that used the same email template. Do you have any error reporting? Something like Sentry or Google's error reporting. Direct customer feedback can be great, but it often doesn't paint the full picture and doesn't give you technical details that help narrow down the issue. At the very least, you should be asking your customers who are providing feedback to tell you which browser and operating system they are using—a lot of the time this is enough...
