Use any hosting on the sidebar, and a CDN like bunny or key. Otherwise you'd get banned from a web hosting plan, either from DMCA or auto file uploads. I did find a nice solution for Access forms where you can use a web browser control and developers.google.com/chart to render a QR code in that control based on the contents of other controls (textboxes, comboboxes, etc.,.).
