Questions and Answers

As answered by people managing Keeper and Passwarden.

What makes your product unique?

Passwarden's answer:

After that, you select which of your Vaults you wish to be seen when in Duress Mode. When you decrypt your Passwarden data with a Duress Password instead of your normal Master password, Passwarden will hide the most important, personal, and sensitive information and passwords instead of showing all your Vaults.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Passwarden's answer:

  1. Duress mode is a critical security feature that Passwarden offers, setting it apart from other password managers. In situations where a user may be forced to reveal their passwords under duress or threat, this mode can be activated discreetly. Instead of disclosing the actual passwords, Passwarden generates dummy or decoy data, protecting the user's sensitive information. This added layer of security ensures that even when pressured, the user can safeguard their confidential data effectively. Duress mode enhances Passwarden's appeal to users seeking heightened security and protection against potential threats or coercion.

  2. Strong Security: Passwarden employs robust encryption methods, including AES-256 and EC р-384, exceeding industry standards. Its zero-knowledge architecture ensures that user data remains private and inaccessible, even to Passwarden.

  3. User-Friendly Interface: Passwarden offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface, simplifying the management of passwords and sensitive data, with features like auto-fill and password generation readily accessible.

  4. Secure Password Sharing: Passwarden allows secure password sharing with trusted individuals in collaborative settings, maintaining stringent security measures.

  5. Security Dashboard: The Security Dashboard provides insights into password strength and alerts users to weak or compromised passwords, enhancing overall security awareness.

  6. Versatility: Passwarden goes beyond password management, securely storing various types of data like credit card details, bank information, personal notes, and important documents in one centralized hub.

  7. Cross-Platform Compatibility: Passwarden is designed for use on multiple platforms, ensuring accessibility across devices and operating systems.
