I have been using Karabiner elements (https://karabiner-elements.pqrs.org), they allow keyboard customization, I have switched the colon and semicolon key, by default without pressing shift, the key will output colon (:) , I find this useful as I type lot of colon daily. Add Arrow Keys to Layout
MS Keyboard Layout Creator can not assign those keys, but only characters and dead keys. AFAIK kbdedit.com will allow you to create such a custom Windows keyboard layout _with_ arrow keys. I currently use Autohotkey for that. You can have a look at my script and see how I assign the CapsLock key as a modifier key and in my case (Vim-like) hjkl-keys as arrow keys. The source is here:...
