Kaleidoscope. The best comparison app out there. I used it in particular because at work we have a very different workflow which makes it hard to use other tools for comparison. Thank you for mentioning Tiny Vid, that's exactly why we built it. To be able to set target file size (which Handbrake doesn't have) and also to have a Preview when you want to trim stuff (something Handbrake also doesn't have).
