Thanks for the help everyone. After following some of the concepts all of you mentioned, I came across another tool today you might find interesting — Kaedim (https://kaedim3d.com/). It's just a cool tech demo that pushes CSS to its limits, but it's completely useless if you want to create usable 3d models. If you want to model in the browser, you can check out vectary, playcanvas, or spline. Source: 12 months ago
