It doesn't seem like the company is treating employees evenly across the board. It also doesn't seem like they have systems in place to have fully documented the things they're accusing her of. Either of those could be grounds for a wrongful dismissal suit/settlement. It could be an especially worthwhile payout if she had accrued some seniority there. I decided to try to find an online dentist and found this site, justanswer.com that offered access to chat with a dentist for $2. I love IRC but it serves a slightly different purpose. It isn't threaded and it sacrifices permanency for instantaneousness. In my opinion, a forums and chat rooms compliment each other. Saidit is one good Reddit alternative that implements IRC. It's based on Reddit's code but with some modifications. Every page has an embedded IRC box specific to that subcommunity.
