Jupe is another company, and they say they will give you one if you sign an agreement to have it on a rental network. Which might be something some people need to do but it requires land, and infrastructure to really get that going. Though you could DIY something like that. Source: over 2 years ago
I highly suggest checking out Natural Atlas (https://naturalatlas.com/) by the same small team who made the CoTrex app (https://trails.colorado.gov/) for Colorado Parks and Wildflife. A really fantastic team building some absolutely gorgeous topographic basemaps from publicly available data.
