  • June Homes Legit?
Hello, I’ve lived in Nyc for about 9 months and am moving to another area. I was wondering if anyone has used or can verify https://junehomes.com is legit? Ive seen lots of scames around the internet for housing in NyC so wanted to be careful. Source: 11 months ago

  • How should I approach web design & data architecture for building a custom property booking engine?
Right now we are using dated "property management software" to handle direct bookings on our website, but would like to integrate a much more "custom" property listing/booking/search engine similar to the ones used by companies like Junes Homes, Blueground, Anyplace, and of course Airbnb. • Moving to the OKC area
I dont know what your skills and experience levels are, but Target and Costco pay over $15 an hr, also Hobby Lobby. Pricewise you could be as low as $800 or so up to whatever really, depends on a lot of factors, what part of town do you want to be in or what do you want to be near, nightlife/restaurant high activity parts of town or more suburby/residential, near the college campus, etc. I'd say just go to... • Lease Termination
I did use htpads.c which helped with rentals as well as Zillo and apartments.com some places waved the realtor fee but none that I was personally looking at. I am noticing that there are a lot of rights for tenants if you look around. I wish you the best and hope you could find a place within the anticipated time. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What condos are good for rent near downtown?
I'm looking via hotpads.com, but if there's a better way to discover condos, please let me know! :). Source: over 1 year ago
  • how do i find a place that doesnt require my income to be 3x the rent? i live in maryland, and ik that i could budget a place up to 1.2k, as well as utilities and leftover disposable income. everywhere online requires rent to only be 1/3 of ur income though and there's literally nowhere that cheap
Look for small private landlords instead of big buildings. Condos, small apartment buildings, basement apartments, that kind of thing. Sometimes they won't have that policy at all, or if they do you might be able to talk to them about being flexible on it, maybe giving them something else to prove that you're responsible. I'm in DC so I know the struggle. I've found things like this on hotpads.com, craigslist, and... Source: over 1 year ago
