Some swfs require files from the sites they are hosted on but I downloaded them and modified the swfs to find these files on a local server instead. You can use "inspect element" on the page in Chrome to find the swf. Once you've got it, you can use JPEXS to dump the sound files. Source: 11 months ago

So far the instructions I've found have directed me to use something called UNREALPAK to unpack the Game.pak file, then look for the loadingScreen.swf file and decompile it with this program. I've had similar issues with video files too. I edit my friend's animations and add sfx and stuff, but for some reason the rendered files created by his animation software are never compatible with Vegas. My solution has been to toss the files into 123apps, "convert" them into the same file, and redownload them from the site. You could try that. Source: over 1 year ago
