  My firm used Paperstreet. They have some custom stuff that is like $10-16K, but we went with a simple $2-3K option where you pick from maybe 10 templates. It comes with a certain number of stock photo licenses. Yo browse istockphoto.com and pick what you want. Going this route is not super flexible, but we didn't need much.   If you want something more specific for client proofing, Picflow is AWESOME for this. It allows clients to draw and comment on photos to more specifically show you want they want fixed.
