My firm used Paperstreet. They have some custom stuff that is like $10-16K, but we went with a simple $2-3K option where you pick from maybe 10 templates. It comes with a certain number of stock photo licenses. Yo browse istockphoto.com and pick what you want. Going this route is not super flexible, but we didn't need much. Thanks for the HN treatment. As a followup piece, a Google response of this being "a bug". Followup story, my return rate for CC licensed images of "dog" went from 3 to 13. Last time I've checked, Creative Commons had their own search for things under their licenses.
