Consider a phone app called ISS Detector. It shows you where to look in the sky, will sing an alarm before it happens, and reports projected brightness for the viewing. Funny. I came to the opposite conclusion. I kept https://everytimezone.com/ after trying parent and a few others in the thread. For eyeball time picks to drive min inconvenience for a group, every tz (after customizing for my tz of choice) was just easier.
