Back in the day, for recording screens directly, I used a program called iShowU. It was great for recording screens, tutorials, etc. I'm sure there are a hundred other apps like that if you just look for "Video Screen Capture" or something like that. But I really liked iShowU. My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
