I would say almost from day 1. Even at a lower price, it's an important step to validate an idea. When people need to put their credit card in and give you money, it's another level of commitment that I don't think you will have with a free plan. Which is a legit website and a company. For whatever reason their product is named Freshsales CRM System but their website is named Freshworks.com. Someone took advantage of that and so the email looks kind of legit (except of course, obviously the links) because the name and the site match. They just redirect you to the real site.
