The recommendations we got were to remove ALL images, and instantly.ai has to delay a few minutes between email. It's from a company called Drift, and it's in use by thousands of companies around the world. Not a scam, nor is it tracking you. You'll see the same one on www.snowflake.com or gong.io for example.
