Http://realtor.ca and http://zoocasa.com are the two I look at the most. Zoocasa will tell you what houses sold for, most of the time, which is handy. Source: about 3 years ago

You can make an account on zoocasa.com and look at sold prices. There's not a lot because they only show the prices for houses sold privately by companies such as purple bricks, but at least it gives you an idea. Source: over 3 years ago
