I was figuring out a way to find influencers myself, check out my post here. Saw a bunch of tools and those were the ones that I think were the best. But if I had to recommend I would say wither use izea.com, because they have a transparent pricing and the creator list they have is humungous) or Useplaza.com , because I got 2 video streams for free(not sure if this offer is still there.
