If you are creating Dynamic QR codes for free, it's most probably not safe. You may find QR code solutions like Beaconstac (http://beaconstac.com) which provide you a 14-day free trial to create dynamic QR codes but after the trial period ends, you will have to pay for a subscription to continue using them.
