    Hello! I'm familiar with the American Nuclear Society, and I think their website ans.org would be a good beginning resource and a launchpad to find other resources. There's also euronuclear.org, but I can't speak personally about ENS. The first nuclear engineering text book I ever used was Introduction to Nuclear Engineering by Lamarsh and Baratta. I believe the latest edition is the fourth. I remember it being okay. Source: about 2 years ago
