  For hosting you might want to check out uberspace. It has nothing to do with uber itself. I'm using a mail and web server from uberspace. It is very user friendly, solid (I never had any issuies) and cheap - as a matter of fact you can pay what you want, with a minimum of 5€ per month. Source: about 1 year ago

  You will need a server. I wouldn't say I have a good overview about the market (because I just got a Virtual Root Server at Strato for 9€ a month and call it a day), but (uberspace)[https://uberspace.de/en/] used to be a decent choice for low budgets.
