You have a good resume but you should reformat it in more readable way. I think you should change the design first , I guess it may not pass the ATS ,there are more readable templates that you may use to pass the ATS.You could use https://cvcompiler.com/ to improve your CV it will give you the points that you need to improve. A human can take 2 seconds to reject you after seeing that you put bachelors degree under a place that doesn't award degrees. I also don't know how in depth a resume parser is, all I know is what comes up on cvcompiler.com and such. There's a lot, lot, lot of SWEs with associates degrees, bachelors in psychology or whatever, or just no degree. The field is partially founded by intelligent high school and college...
