Honestly I was planning to move there so I got the job, but the work visa fell through (due to some really lame german education regulations) so I got to work remotely now. But through finding there are actually certain start ups that do allow remote work - I used stepstone.de, indeed.com, Berlin and Amsterdam start up job sites (google "berlin start up jobs" and vice versa, the links will show up), and linkedin -... I don’t know if this is any help, but there is a site called flexjobs dot com. (Not affiliated, just sharing information). They specialize in remote/telecommuting/ flexible schedule positions. It’s all on the up and up, it’s a real company, and the jobs posted are real jobs, not scams.
