I use WP Rocket to help with site speed and they recommend Imagify. I've been trying it out on a client site for the past 2 months and it's gotten the job done without sacrificing too much quality. Source: about 3 years ago

Hi not much help on the transferring site but I personally export from LightRoom at 70% then use https://imagify.io/ to compress on the site and even my DSLR shots shrink rather nicely and still look great! Source: about 3 years ago

I've been trying out Google's Cloud Vision API (https://cloud.google.com/vision) as a means of detecting NSFW content in user-submitted images but am finding it surprisingly unreliable. There are many. Google Lens can classify images. It can even identify species of plants and animals. If by "toolset" you mean you want an API to write your own applications, you can use the Google Vision API. Source: 11 months ago
