    I think something like KST Plot might be perfect, but I have no idea how to install it on Manjaro. There's only a broken AUR package, and I'm not keen on trying to compile the whole thing on my own. Idk. Maybe I could get the Windows version to run in WINE.. yech.. Source: over 1 year ago

    How well does it handle streaming input data and real-time plots? I used kst that way to tune my CPU fan control a couple years ago, and it worked reasonably well and resource usage was light enough to not perturb the system under test too much. dnf install LabPlot wants to pull in half a gig of deps, which is kind of worrying.
