I have a client on Konica-Minolta Opal PACS that used to be Viztek. It actually runs fine on Edge, but it uses some weird trick to detect the plugin, so it pops up in your face every 20 seconds wanting to download the plugin that's already there. The method that seems to work most reliability with all devices and all ecosystems is a Zigbee2MQTT software hub running on a computer alongside Home Assistant.
