Telegram's Saved Messages[1]. Previously, I used to send URLs to myself using WhatsApp, but searching through messages on is painfully slow compared to Telegram's search capabilities. I think Telegram does it better, and I really hope Discord implements something similar someday. At least they already implemented it, so multiple pictures sent in the same message, can be looked through by clicking the arrows on the sides, or using your keyboard arrow keys.
