Definitely speak to recruiters (Private Equity Recruiting is the top option in Europe, IMO), but the best way to do it is to use a tool like hunter.io to find the email addresses of general partners at top firms, and (I can't stress this enough) send them qualified dealflow with your high-level analysis (I'll also add more detail below). I just realized I can use this to see who is ignoring GDPR as well. Scanning a few sites I know I see a lot of tracking scripts load up right away.
