I have a 401K from a job about 10 years ago that I had for 2 years. I have approx. 30K in there and it's a company that takes a lot of fees (humaninterest.com). I currently have a Vanguard 401K through my current employer and also have a personal Roth IRA and a traditional Roth IRA. What are my options for moving the 30K from the humanInterest.com 401K? It's not one platform, I use a local payroll company. I found the companies that integrate all in one, are very expensive in the long run. My local payroll company integrates with our 401K company, Human Interest. A broker set up our healthcare. Payroll handles all expenses, deductions, etc for this. Source: about 3 years ago

But it is not upto-date, that's one small issue rightn now (Just yesterday I was dealing with some issue in envoy. Had to find out about some config options. Asked chatgpt but it gave me outdated.. I was lazy to go through documentation myself -- so I fed the envoy latest docs to my another project and then asked that bot to find the config param I was looking for lol 😆 took literally 2 mins).
