• Hulu webpage automatically redirects to hulu.com/welcome

  I recently had a lot of trouble accessing hulu on my laptop - I would be signed in and I could access my account settings, but hulu would automatically redirect to hulu.com/welcome. For some reason, I couldn't find any fixes online, or they would be on the hulu technical support page, which wanted me to create a whole profile just to access the site. Source: almost 3 years ago

• 5 phone calls, 2 hours, and I still can't get 3 ports opened

  Method #1: For the record you should be able to login to the comcast Gateway, click on Advanced, click on port forwarding, and open the ports there but instead there is a message from comcast saying that has moved to xfinity.com/myxfi. When you follow that link it says "Sorry this page no longer exists" and you get automatically redirected to https://internet.xfinity.com/. Source: 8 months ago

  No errors, just a page that reads: "Managing your home network settings is now easier than ever. Visit xfinity.com/myxfi to set up port forwards, among many other features and settings." • "No devices connected to network" port forward failure

  I've been trying to set up a port forward through the app that is supposed to "simplify the user experience". Yet, due to an error in the app it is showing there are 0 devices available. This is untrue; 10.0.0.1 shows 6, all of which are able to connect to the internet. To add insult to injury, the hour I spent on the phone with a tech ended after I was guided to the now defunct port forwarding section in 10.0.0.1... Source: over 1 year ago

• Port Forwarding error "We are having some trouble"

  For the last few weeks I've been struggling with this port forwarding error, "We are having some trouble." I can't access either the webpage setup (internet.xfinity.com) OR the Xfinity app port forwarding section, as both throw the same error. Source: almost 2 years ago

• Local IP not updating for port forwards
