I recently had a lot of trouble accessing hulu on my laptop - I would be signed in and I could access my account settings, but hulu would automatically redirect to hulu.com/welcome. For some reason, I couldn't find any fixes online, or they would be on the hulu technical support page, which wanted me to create a whole profile just to access the site. Source: about 3 years ago

Tl;dr: crapshoot as to whether you get featured, but worth it if you do. My personal experience with it was positive. I posted my site on PH over the summer (plug: https://avant.fm, a customizable feed of new releases from the best indie music labels). After a couple weeks it was featured for a day.
