I have had my levels tested 4x in 5 years. When tested five years ago I came in at 322 (age 35), when tested three years ago I came in at 236 (both tests through my PCP). Both times my PCP responded that my "level's are normal" and was not willing to discuss moving forward with TRT/HT.
